Meeral Technologies (Private) Limited respects and safeguards the privacy of all corporate clients, partners, and website visitors in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Information Collected: We collect business contact details, company names, project technical specifications, and device analytics strictly for the purpose of fulfilling service inquiries and delivering technical contracts. We do not sell, lease, or monetize client data under any circumstances.
Cookie Policy: Our platform employs essential technical session cookies, security tokens, and aggregate analytics cookies to ensure fast performance and secure login sessions. Users may modify browser settings to decline non-essential cookies.
Enterprise Terms & Conditions
Access to and utilization of the Meeral Technologies website and infrastructure services are governed by formal corporate agreements, work orders, and signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
All engineering drawings, network topology designs, bill of materials (BOM), and price quotations provided remain confidential. Technical performance metrics, including uptime guarantees and on-site arrival times, are binding under active Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Hardware Orders: Hardware procurement cancellations requested prior to dispatch from authorized distribution channels are eligible for full refund or credit note. Hardware that has undergone custom staging, OS imaging, or physical delivery is subject to manufacturer restocking terms.
Software & Digital Licenses: Volume software licenses (such as Microsoft 365, CALs, and antivirus) are non-refundable once registered with the respective software vendor under the client's corporate tenant.
Maintenance & Services: In the event that service deliverables fail to meet agreed technical specifications outlined in the scope of work, corrective remediation is executed immediately at no additional cost.
Shipping, Transit Insurance & On-Site Delivery
All commercial hardware (servers, network switches, CCTV optics, server cabinets) is shipped via insured corporate freight logistics partners across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Shipments include transit insurance covering physical damage or loss prior to arrival at the client's facility. An on-site Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) is conducted jointly with the client's representative upon physical handover.
Payment Account Ownership Policy
In strict accordance with Page 4 of the Meeral Technologies Website Development Brief:
"All merchant accounts, payment gateways, API keys and settlement accounts must be registered under MEERAL TECHNOLOGIES. The developer must not retain ownership or control."
Every domestic Pakistan payment rail (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, 1LINK, Bank Invoicing) and international credit card processor is registered exclusively under corporate credentials owned by Meeral Technologies (Private) Limited. No third-party intermediary retains administrative access, secret keys, or settlement authority.
No Developer / Vendor Lock-In Policy
In strict accordance with Page 5 of the Meeral Technologies Website Development Brief:
"The finished website, accounts, source files, data and configurations must remain fully transferable and under MEERAL TECHNOLOGIES control."
Upon project handover, Meeral Technologies receives complete administrator access, hosting credentials, raw uncompiled source files, database backups, plugin licenses, API keys, and comprehensive technical documentation. Zero vendor proprietary lock-in mechanisms are permitted.
