Operating Corporate Entity
This Service & Shipping Policy applies to all commercial transactions conducted through meeral.net, operated by Meeral Technologies (Private) Limited, a legally incorporated entity under the Companies Act 2017 (SECP) in Pakistan.
Physical Hardware Shipping & Logistics
All enterprise hardware procured through Meeral Technologies (including Dell/HPE servers, Cisco network switches, Hikvision 4K CCTV systems, biometric attendance terminals, and APC UPS systems) is dispatched from our central staging depots in Pakistan.
- Delivery Timeline (Domestic Pakistan): Standard commercial deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 business days following payment verification or purchase order issuance.
- Expedited / Next-Day Delivery: Critical spare parts and high-priority deployments can be arranged for same-day or next-day courier dispatch in major metropolitan hubs (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Karachi, and Lahore).
- Authorized Logistics Partners: Shipments are transported via insured corporate courier networks (TCS, Leopards Courier) or dedicated Meeral technical logistics vehicles for heavy rackmount equipment.
- Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation: Clients receive automated SMS and email dispatch notifications with live consignment tracking numbers immediately upon departure from our staging warehouse.
Shipping Rates, Pricing in PKR & Transit Insurance
Transparent PKR Pricing: All domestic shipping rates and delivery surcharges are clearly quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) prior to order confirmation or invoiced on the approved Bill of Materials (BOM).
Full Transit Insurance: All physical hardware is shipped with mandatory transit insurance covering physical shock, loss, water damage, or theft during courier transit. The client bears zero liability for transit mishaps prior to physical handover.
Free Delivery Threshold: Orders exceeding PKR 150,000 or ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) clients receive complimentary insured shipping throughout Pakistan.
Digital Solutions & Software Delivery
For digital services, IT support, cloud setups, and software licensing:
- Software Licenses: Volume enterprise licenses (Microsoft 365, Windows Server CALs, antivirus endpoints) are delivered electronically within 2 to 24 hours directly to the client's corporate administrator email.
- Zero Shipping Fees: Electronic deliveries incur PKR 0.00 / $0.00 shipping charges.
- Remote IT Services: Remote diagnostic sessions, firewall configurations, and server migrations commence within the SLA timeline agreed upon in your work order.
On-Site Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)
Upon delivery of physical enterprise equipment, a joint inspection is performed with the client's authorized technical representative:
- The consignment packaging must be inspected for seal integrity before signing the delivery slip.
- In case of visible transit damage, the client must report it to Meeral Technologies within 48 hours via phone (+92 315 3780 324) or email (Support@meeral.net) for an immediate replacement dispatch.
